In accordance with the federal grant authority, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the homes currently available for sale are income-restricted and may only be sold to households with a combined income at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI). Some homes may be sold to households with a combined income of up to 120% AMI if permitted within program guidelines.
