PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR NEW ORLEANS REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that Request for Proposals for Environmental Consulting Services will be received by the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) at 1340 Poydras St., Suite 600, New Orleans, LA 70112 no later than December 23, 2011 at 4:00pm CST. The ideal candidate will be a firm or team of firms that can perform the following three tasks on an on-call basis: • Environmental reviews as required by the national Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969; and • Phase I and/or Phase II environmental site assessments; • Lead inspections, risk assessments and clearance testing services as required by 24 CFR Part 35; and • Asbestos Surveys.
