PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CLOSING & TITLE INSURANCE SERVICES FOR NEW ORLEANS REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) desires to create a pool of qualified attorneys to provide document preparation, closing and escrow services, abstracting and title insurance services or legal opinions, and oversight for the transfer and/ or acquisition of NORA properties, and general legal advice with respect to the foregoing services, and requests qualifications from experienced firms and individual practitioners to provide the legal services. Submissions shall be received by the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) at 1340 Poydras St., Suite 600, New Orleans, LA 70112 no later than November 14, 2011, at 4:00pm CST.
