PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR SOFT SECOND AND BUYER QUALIFICATION PROGRAMS SERVICES FOR NEW ORLEANS REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that Request for Qualifications for Soft Second and Buyer Qualification Programs services will be received by the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) at 1340 Poydras St., Suite 600, New Orleans, LA 70112 no later than July 27, 2011, at 4:00pm. NORA is seeking qualified entities interested in participating in two federally funded programs by helping administer soft second financing as well as reviewing buyer qualifications.
