REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AND DEMOLITION OVERSIGHT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR NEW ORLEANS REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) seeks a firm to provide professional technical oversight of the demolition and environmental remediation of the of the former dry cleaners site at the Gentilly Woods Mall, which is located at 4335 Chef Menteur Highway, New Orleans, Louisiana. NORA’s ultimate goal for this activity is to obtain either a Certificate of Completion or a Letter of No Further Action (the decision on this matter is yet to be made by NORA). Notice is hereby given that Request for Proposals will be received by the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) at 1340 Poydras St., Suite 600, New Orleans, LA 70112 no later than November 17, 2011, at 4:00pm.
