PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR NEW ORLEANS REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that Request for Proposals for HMGP Landscape Architectural and Engineering Services will be received by the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) at 1340 Poydras St., Suite 600, New Orleans, LA 70112 no later than Monday, October 17, 2011 at 4:00pm. Landscape Architectural and Engineering services cover six general areas to mitigate flooding in the Pontchartrain Park and Gentilly Woods Neighborhoods: Hydraulic and Hydrology Study, Damage Assessment, Engineering, Design, Environmental Assessment and Permitting.
