For those interested in purchasing a Road Home/Louisiana Land Trust (“LLT”) property in the Lakeview area currently owned by the State of Louisiana but who may not be eligible under the City’s Lot Next Door program, LCIA and NORA are extremely pleased to announce the continuation of the Phase Two program.
