REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM 2 (NSP2) DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) is seeking additional redevelopment proposals and qualifications from entities interested in participating in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 and NORA’s ongoing land disposition and redevelopment efforts. NORA will begin to review submissions on February 25, 2011, but will accept submissions on a rolling basis thereafter or until notice that all available funds and properties have been committed. Copies of this Solicitation and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be obtained from NORA at the above address or www.noraworks.org. NORA reserves the right to cancel any and all solicitations and to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals for any reason, to re‐open this solicitation for subsequent phases or to redevelop the project by other means at NORA’s sole discretion. NORA is seeking proposals from entities ‐ including individuals, small and large developers, both for‐profits and non‐profits ‐ interested in purchasing properties and supporting redevelopment activities Initial Review Period to Begin: February 25, 2011
