St. Claude Corridor Redvelopment Application

Background: NORA is a public authority created under the laws of the State of Louisiana to promote neighborhood revitalization and community redevelopment in the City of New Orleans. NORA is seeking applications from organizations interested in commercial and mixed-use redevelopment along the Saint Claude Avenue Corridor (“the Corridor”). For the purpose of this document, the Corridor includes properties that have frontage on Saint Claude Avenue, from Elysian Fields Avenue to the Orleans Parish-St. Bernard Parish Line. NORA will take applications and begin making awards on a rolling basis beginning upon publication of this application on April 9th, 2010. NORA will continue to accept applications if funds remain available and/or additional funds are provided towards the activities described in this application.Click here to download.
