NORA has sold more than 1,500 properties in support of land stewardship across the city. NORA is committed to leveraging vacant land for the benefit of households and neighborhoods. NORA self-develops and partners with individuals, households, and non-profit organizations to manage stormwater, develop urban agriculture, expand existing development sites, and create urban forests.

In 2024, NORA is introducing a new land use option—Urban Green Space Development—to our annual auction.
